Lacroix Fils NV, of 7.2 million euros on JT International Company Netherlands BV and of 16 million euros on Philip Morris Benelux BVBA. The College ruled that these companies had been receiving confidential commercially sensitive information from their customers between 2011 and 2015 without objecting. This allowed them to limit the risks of normal competition. The College ruled that this was a concerted practice within the meaning of Articles IV.1 of the Code of Economic Law (CEL) and 101 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).
